Happy Sunday Funday!  Last weekend, I had some free time to get out and explore San Diego... And I even had a buddy! My niece, Sameera goes to school in LA so she drove two hours south to meet me. We had an amazing time and hardly spent ANY money. Everything we did was free. We literally just paid for food. What more can you ask for? San Diego is a beautiful city. It’s beachy, breezy, easy going, and the traffic is pretty much nonexistent. It reminds me of Tampa... But the west coast version. We had no idea what we wanted to do so I literally just opened Google Maps and picked points on the map that seemed interesting all the way down the coast. Happy Sunday Funday! I’m back with another brunch review. This time, we’re in Spain! As I mentioned in “ Euro Trip Part 1: Madrid ,” one of my favorite meals of the entire trip to Europe was brunch at La Infinito restaurant in Madrid. This restaurant may be the greatest hidden gem in all of Spain. I couldn’t believe it was so empty. Like literally empty… We were the only customers. It’s located in Calle de los Tres Peces, which was about a 15-minute walk away from Sameera’s apartment… But we were absolutely famished so we may have cut that down to 10. Sunday brunch is one of my favorite meals. Some weekends, it’s the only time that my friends and I can all set aside to get together. With busy jobs, school, kids, and life in general, it can be a little hectic. Brunch is the perfect way to start off the week and catch up with friends, while still giving everyone the opportunity to grab something to eat after church or sleep in and refuel after a Saturday night out. While I was at home in Baltimore last month, I wanted to do something fun and out of the ordinary. Sameera and I decided that we could go downtown, have brunch, and walk around the Inner Harbor.
